- Dissolve gently — swirl or roll the vial, never shake it vigorously. Allow the solution to become completely clear before use.
- Label and store — record the date and concentration, then refrigerate away from light.
Storing research peptides
Storage requirements differ depending on whether the peptide is still a powder or has been reconstituted:
- Lyophilised powder (long term): store frozen, typically around −20 °C (or colder for extended periods), sealed and protected from light and moisture.
